Cyprus is becoming a hub for maritime and yacht tourism: government support and development plans

In October 2025, the head of state and the ministers of tourism announced that Cyprus intends to strengthen its position as a center of maritime tourism and yachting in the Eastern Mediterranean. Growth is expected in cruise tourism, yacht tourism, and maritime infrastructure, which will give a new boost to the beach and marine services segment.
